allowed to develop further.

Reports almost entirely neglect the industry's diverse impacts, many of which challenge the EU's fundamental rights and principles. This leaves the public standing consulted and unheard against a powerful, well-connected industry, where consultants, lawyers, PR agencies, and lobbyists dominate the political, scientific, and media discourse
around wind energy.

This raises the question of whether the commission’s decisions will continue to favor the wind power industry at the expense of the rights and well-being of EU citizens.
We must all uphold our environmental and democratic rights and preserve equality and the rule of law,
which are core fundamental principles of the EU.
