Services: Wind Industry Information provides different types of services according to the agreed scope and price. The description of the service and its scope is set out in the specific agreement concluded between us and the customer.

Prices and payment: Prices for products or services are stated on Wind Industry Information's website or in the offer. Payment shall be made according to the terms and conditions stated, and we reserve the right to charge any interest on unpaid invoices.

Changes and cancellations: Any changes or cancellations of services must be notified in advance under the conditions and procedures set out in the specific contract. Changes and cancellations may incur costs and charges according to the terms agreed.

Refund policy for Wind Power Information's online course: As this is a digital product where you get direct access to all material for download, unfortunately no refunds are offered. You have lifetime access to the course; this means that when you buy the course you will also get to take part in future updates and additions made to the course in future launches. Lifetime access means that you have access as long as the course is still running, but for at least 12 months.

Liability and warranty: Wind Industry Information endeavours to provide services of the highest quality. However, Wind Industry Information cannot guarantee that the counselling will meet all the customer's expectations or needs. Wind Industry Information is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the services, including indirect or consequential damages.

No liability for legal advice: The parties acknowledge and agree that nothing in this agreement or the specific agreement entered into between the parties shall constitute or be construed as legal advice. The parties agree that they are responsible for obtaining any legal advice that may be necessary in connection with this Agreement.

Confidentiality: Both parties undertake to treat all information exchanged between them in connection with the Agreement as confidential and not to disclose or use such information for any purpose other than the agreed purpose, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law.

Immaterial rights: All immaterial property rights, such as trademarks, copyrights and patents, for products or services belong to the company and may not be used, copied, reproduced or distributed without the written consent of Wind Industry Information.

Force majeure: The company Wind Industry Information is not responsible for delays or non-performance due to force majeure events, such as war, natural disasters, strikes, government actions or other circumstances that could not reasonably be foreseen.

Term and termination: The contract is valid for the period specified in the specific contract. Both the customer and the company have the right to terminate the agreement with written notice if either party breaches the terms and conditions. Cancellation can also be made by the company if the customer does not pay invoices on time or otherwise violates the agreement.

Contract creation: By using Wind Power Information's services, the customer accepts the company's general terms and conditions applicable at any time and accepts that the company's general terms and conditions constitute contractual content in the relationship between the company and the customer.

Changes to the terms and conditions: The company reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions. The company's general terms and conditions are listed on the company's website www.windindindustry.info with an indication of the date of publication. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions are effective from the first of the month following publication.
